Increasing Building Safety

We are in the process of making our building safer. We have a new controlled front entrance access system for residents and families.

The first thing you will notice is that the front door will be kept unlocked so every one can stay dry, warm, and out of the elements when visiting. When visiting you will need to self-screen, by doing the paper work provided. You will then push the intercom button and someone will assist you.

All visitors are asked to visit during reasonable hours (8 am – 6 pm), wear a mask and avoid visiting if you have any signs or symptoms of illness.

If you are taking a resident out of the building and returning you can sign out a visitor fob and use it upon returning.

All residents will be provided a fob. If it is lost, the replacement fee will be a $25.00. For those residents who can not safely leave the building on their own, the fob will be left in their room for family to access if they are taking them out.

If you have any further concerns or questions, please feel free to contact me.

Best regards,
